防水矽膠充氣肛塞，可擴張泵，適用於前列腺

The silicone is much smoother than the plastic ones I've tried before, and the inflation pump gives you total control over the pressure. It's surprisingly comfortable for extended wear once you find the right fill level.

The inflation pump gives you real control over pressure, which I appreciated for gradual adjustment. It's fully waterproof so cleanup was easy, though I wish the bulb had a slightly firmer grip when pumping one-handed.
