The knots on the medium size hit just right, and the hollow sleeve makes cleanup a breeze since water flows right through it. I was a bit worried about the 1.65-inch diameter, but the tapered tip eased in without any fuss.

The silicone is surprisingly soft and flexible, so the knot goes in easier than I expected. I got the largest size and the texture gives a nice full feeling without being too overwhelming.

I ordered the medium size and the knot is surprisingly easy to insert once you angle it right—the silicone has just the right amount of give. The mixed color swirl looks way better in person than the listing photos suggested.
