The medium size fits just right and the silicone is easy to clean. The gut wash hose attachment makes the dual-use feature really practical for my routine. I've had no issues with the material holding up after several uses.

Used it for the first time last night and the dual-use design is really clever. The silicone has just the right amount of give, and cleaning up with the included hose attachment was surprisingly easy.

The silicone is surprisingly soft and smooth, making insertion much easier than I expected. The dual-use design is a clever bonus, and the black color looks discreet. Exactly what I needed for a comfortable clean.
