Got the Large and the extra thickness at the tip really adds a different sensation for both of us. The silicone has a nice, smooth feel that doesn't smell like cheap rubber. It's a solid upgrade from our usual sleeve.

The sizing guide was spot on, and the 2.36-inch diameter on the large fits snugly without feeling too tight. The coffee color looks surprisingly natural, and the mushroom head adds a nice visual touch. Cleanup is easy since it's all silicone.

The silicone is surprisingly sturdy yet flexible, and the large mushroom head gives a much fuller sensation than I expected. I went with the medium size and the 1.96-inch diameter is just right.
