The hollow design makes it super easy to slip on, and the silicone has just enough stretch to stay snug without being tight. I got the medium size, and the 2.0-inch diameter gives a nice full feeling.

The veins on this sleeve feel surprisingly realistic, and the hollow design makes it easy to slip on over my own size. I got the medium, and the 2-inch diameter is a snug but comfortable fit with the cock ring holding everything in place.

The silicone material feels decent but not premium, and the realistic veins are a nice touch. It's a bit smaller than I expected though, the medium size fits okay but could be tighter. Works fine for what it is.
